School Bond & County Taxes

Follow up: The total voter turnout was 33% for the school district.

Development Litigation- Again

Judge Barnett dismissed 2 of the 3 cases for lack for standing. Grant Park Capital dismissed the third case for the same reason- lack of standing.

Firefighter and Snow Removal

The city has not accepted the development. The developer was notified November 9 that he was responsible for snow removal. He did nothing. The city notified the citizens. The developer did begin snow removal and is maintaining development currently.

Marc Tommeraasen is my fiancé. He is a homebuilder and property developer in Baltic. He owns M&L construction.

Marc is required to follow the exact same statutes, ordinances and regulations as any other developer.

Ed Wilson has every right to have filed a complaint as a private citizen against his property damage caused by the development.

The DANR encouraged citizens to negotiate a settlement with the developer. This was damage evaluation conversation and was not in his capacity of President of P&Z, rather a private citizen

What is this really about?

Money.

The developer is demanding the families of Baltic to pay for the deficiencies of these developments.

We believe the families of Baltic should not have to financially support

the normal operations of a for-profit development company.
